16 Days Post Op
Got my stitches out yesterday and I'm feeling great, so very happy with my results and the nurse said I was healing well.
Unfortunately I have gotten thrush from taking the antibiotics (I'm usually quite prone to getting it when I'm taking antibiotics) but that's ok, it should be gone in a couple of days.
I'm sorry that I don't yet have any 'before' photos, I've realised that in all my excitement I didn't actually take any but I've requested the ones that my surgeon took and I'll post them as soon as I get them.

2 Days Post Op
Just found some photos from 2 days post op and thought I would share so you can see the difference in just a few days.
Please excuse the crappy photography here but I only took these so I could get a close look at myself because it's a little hard to see just looking in the mirror haha.
Also please excuse the red dots/bumps, I had my first Brazilian wax the day before the op.

6 Days Post Op
Sorry ladies, I wrote this and took photos 2 days ago but didn't get around to posting it.
I'm 6 days post op today and feeling great! The swelling has gone down quite a bit and I believe this is due to all the bed rest I have had over the past 6 days, as well as keeping the area constantly iced. I believe I am healing pretty well and so far I am ecstatic by my results.
I have stuck strictly to the post op care. No showering for 48 hours after the op. I'll admit that when I finally did shower I was very sore and tender so didn't clean the area as best I could but on the third day I found I was a little less tender so I sat down in the shower (with a handheld mirror) and used some wet cotton buds to gently clean around my stitches. No soap or anything, just wet cotton buds. I found this cleaned away most the gunk that had built up. It stung a little but I knew it had to be done in order to prevent an infection.
Also, every morning and night I sprayed on some betadine (I was instructed to do this as part of my post op care).
I'm really looking forward to seeing my surgeon next week to have my stitches out! Will keep updating every couple of weeks and I'll try and get some before photos up too.
In the meantime, for your reference, my inner labia used to sit about 1-1.5cm lower than my outer labia. It was very uncomfortable and noticeable in tight clothing.
