Back to fat!

Hate to say it but I'm back to fat again and you wouldn't even know that I had been through this procedure! Great surgeon but procedure a waist of money!

How did this happen? What are your nutrition and exercise habits??
It is my own fault. I thought that once the fat was taken out that it would never come back but it definitely does! I am on an excercise plan now so I will post a picture in a months time to see if it has made any difference. Learn from my mistakes ladies!!!!
Procedure is not a white of money, if you don't change your eating habits and if you don't exercise you will be back to where you were.. It's common sense
You are absolutely right. There are a lot of misconceptions out there that the fat never returns to the same areas but it definitely does. I have no bum so I was hoping any fat I ate would go on my bum ha ha.
Procedure NOT a waist of money. I take that back. I am just cross with myself for getting fat again!
It seems like liposuction is a good choice to cut down all the stubborn fat on my abdomen. It very hard to shake that off even with constant exercise. Thank you for this really helpful review and things that need to take note especially after op must have a healthy diet and exercise.

Getting ready for my holiday

It's holiday time and I have brought a bikini for the first time in years. I will be honest, I am still not sure if I look ok enough to wear it in public. I will still wear a cover up until I am actually lying down on a beach towel but I definitely look better than pre liposuction.

You look wonderful!!! I just wish my results looked as great as yours. I am somewhat disappointed considering I have kept my weight down at 135-136 - the area is not as flat or contoured as yours and I do have problems with the belly button area. I would not be afraid to wear a bikini now Cakeshop if I looked as good as you do!!!
