How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Their response...

" I want to assure you that whatever you are experiencing is normal. Tattoo is an ablative treatment which literally punctures holes deep enough into the skin to remove color from the tattoo. "

My goal: to get some of the black lightened up. And normal lighting conditions it's way too dark and black blobish. I had a test done last night, to get an idea of the pain before I make my appointment. From all the videos I watched, the treatment is fairly quick. But in my experience last night I felt as if this tiny spot was taking far too long, seemed over worked. It didn't have any of the "laser frosting," just missing a chunk of skin. The whole top layer of my skin is gone. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this place. Hoping my skin will grow back. I'm so upset. Has anyone else experienced this, or did I get a hack job?
