Straightening my Teeth... Years Overdue! - Australia

So today, one month to the end, I have explained to my doctor that I was starting to get very concerned of a gap showing between front top & bottom teeth, that I am unable to bite properly (I raised this issue at the end of my first tray, but now has got much worse).

I have advised him that I don’t want to continue as by moving forward my lower front teeth the gap is only going to widen. He suggested we shave my molars on 1/2mm to adjust the bite and hopefully that will sort the gap out too. I have refused to do so as I had specifically advised him before the treatment I didn’t want to have any shaving done to my teeth. Hence why I picked this choice, rather then a much cheaper 4 months treatment. So disappointing my journey comes to an end and now I need to argue my case to get my money back, my teeth although look better than before have lost their function in full, as I cannot bite properly and I am out of pocket of tons of money!

DO NOT USE this company they provide unrealistic orthodontist plans in order to get your money, and after you paid will change your plan dramatically.

So I have not updated you for a while, it is now December and we had to extend the treatment slightly.
My teeth have moved so much and it is quite noticeable from the attached pictures.
I have some little problems along the way but have now been resolved, still very excited to have chosen this path and looking forward to my perfect smile

Just had those little button put on and the new trays fit like a glove. However my teeth are super painful ????

I tooth them off to eat and it felt as if I was pulling my teeth out. Aside the pain I can feel already a difference as I can now flow between my overcrowded teeth.
