Dr. Boggess is hands down the BEST plastic surgeon in Nashville. I would not trust my face with anyone else. First off, I had two free consultations with him before my surgery as I had a lot of questions before the procedure. I researched the procedures I wanted to have done for several years and had consults with several other plastic surgeons in the area before choosing Dr. Boggess to be my surgeon. I had read years ago that if a doctor rushes through your consult, then more than likely he will rush through your surgery. Dr. Boggess gave me as much time as I needed during both of my consults answering all of my questions and easing any concerns that I had. I didn’t want to look weird, stretched, or pulled in any way—that terrified me. ALL of the pictures I reviewed at Dr. Boggess’ office were without question unbelievably natural looking—which is exactly the look I was going for. After my consults and after reviewing his patient pics, I knew he was the surgeon for me.

Now to the procedure… days before my surgery, as my nervousness grew, Dr. Boggess’ staff reached out to me several times to make sure I had everything I needed and answered any last minute questions I had. They are a fantastic group of folks, all genuinely caring and compassionate people. They all sincerely want your surgery to be a success and want you to be happy with your results—that’s obvious.
But I was most shocked when after my surgery Dr. Boggess gave my husband his personal cell number and told him to call at any time if we had any questions or concerns. What??? What doctor in today’s world does that? He just keeps getting better and better.

I am now two months post surgery and I LOVE my results. I look 15 years younger but no one, and I mean no one, has any idea that I had anything done. They all think I lost weight or something. I love Dr. Boggess and his staff! They are unlike any other practice in Nashville. Dr. Boggess does nothing but facial rejuvenation. He is expertly skilled, kind, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients. He will be there for you from beginning to end.
