After a really bad end to the year I took the view that life was too short and part of that was the realisation that I didn't like me very much.
I'm nice and very mumsy I'm sure but I need to feel turkey happy in my own skin and not just in my giving/caring to others. So I booked for the 1st available slot for lipo, tt & breast aug

Hi jasmine, how are you feeling now? Any words of wisdom?? I'm now 6 days post op and still very sore but getting better each day .

Def no words of wisdom, I'm still sitting on the hope that it's all going to be worth it in the end but right now I'm just not looking at it
Don't get me wrong I'm not miserable or regretting it just a nagging feeling that I think perhaps my hubby finds me less appealing - god that sounds stupid!!!
How are you feeling, have you suffered with tiredness at all?? I swear I've found the tiredness much more of an issue than pain??

I am struggling with the tiredness, this is due to finding it really hard to sleep at night. So hard sleeping semi upright, my back kills!! The worse pain radiates from where they have tightened my stomach muscle up the top!! Really sore. :( yes I agree the feeling of "have I done the right thing" does cross my mind daily but, positive thinking girlie it will get better and we WILL be more confident in our selves and look fab too :) x

Yep I think I've hit to get more confident that it's going to be ok. I think I had unrealistic expectations for this phase.
My first day in my own with the kids, school run and work. Think being busy will help, plus only got to get till Thursday and I can take this bra off.

Yeah I know what you mean, I was hoping I would be further along in my recovery by now!! I know everyone heals differently though . Just had a shower and took some progress pics. So felt better now :) leaving here tomorrow night, can't wait to get home and see my babies . It's been tough not seeing them :( hope you feel better soon lovely. Always here if you need a chat :) x

Your pics look great, you must be pleased you. I don't yet have that in/out shape that you have, I'm still really boxy looking.
I haven't braved the pics yet, my scar is just too hideous.
How old are your little ones?

Thanks lovely, still feeling really swollen to be honest but still early days now. My little ones are 2yrs and 5yrs. 10 days away from them has killed me but I know I needed the time to recover. I'm finding taking pics of my changing shape good, it helps to see how far you've come. Sending healing hugs for you x

Awe my two little ones were so chuffed to see me home , I completely melted and cried when I saw them . They literally both follow me everywhere now. I think they are afraid I'll leave them again ! How you feeling now lovely ?? X

Hey you are healing really well, scar is looking fab. I feel mine is a little higher than I would have liked but hey ho . The muscle tightening still hurts me at the moment and still swollen !! You having any if this still??

Day 10
Day 10 and I'm feeling more energetic, some odd little sharp pains every now and then but I wonder if that's the nerve endings
Had some stitches out under my arm and around the drain sites but have to go back on Friday for the belly button ones - yuck!
Still reserved about the results. When I'm tired in the evenings my tummy really bloats and I don't feel any slimmer and also I would have liked my boobs bigger, they look better than before but I still fit in the same size bra.
Maybe I had unrealistic expectations, I wanted pre baby body
Actually one upside is the 'downstairs' lift - I have no idea if it works any different and the new crazy hairline needs some work (sorry if that's tmi) but there is a def change.
I'm going to do some pictures tonight, I think it will be good in the future to remember this journey, even if it only helps to steer me clear of the tea and biscuits. X

Braved the pictures
Ok, I've finally done some pictures.
I did at the last minute chose not to have a donut around the nipple, I think now I should have stuck with my plan and had it moved so that it does drop off as much
I thought at the time we would go with a 450cc implant and it would lift more but in surgery they went for a 400cc (2sizes smaller) as the skin was tight
I'm feeling great but I don't at the minute see much change from my before, I had a rounded tummy but a straight waist, the txt only removed 1kilo so I'm hoping that the lipo will be effective when the selling subsides
My Tt line looks really dark to all of yours I'm hoping this is the tape. What do you think for 13 days po?
