12 week update!
So happy with the results so far! 12 weeks have flown by and I just wish I would've done this years ago. I was fitted at Nordstrom and was told I am a 34 DDD or E! Doesn't at all look that big but i really kind of like that. With clothes on I think I look like maybe a D. That's exactly what I wanted. I'm placing a before and after (12wk update) pic here. The lighting is way different but it definitely shows the difference. Hope all you ladies are healing wonderfully and enjoying your new twins like I am! Happy holidays.
11 Day Post Op
So recovery is going pretty good so far. Only taking Tylenol once a day pretty much. Although a Percocet is called for when I do a little too much. I'm overall pretty happy with my results so far. I'm still worried about my nipples being so far off but I still have hopes that they will even out some when my right breast drops. Righty is higher at this point. Like a lot of ladies at this point in recovery I'm soooooo looking forward to the D & F process! Also my PS told me I'll be looking and thinking at first that he should of gave me more side boob... Well I'm there lol! He said it will come and to be patient. Well I have no choice but to be patient at this point. The sides are so flat and weird looking. He said if he did it to where I had lots of side boobs straight away, they would be in my armpits after 3 months. I have another post op appt tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll learn a new massage techniques that will help shape them. At my last appt I was just told to do the upward displacement massage 4 times a day for 4 seconds 4 times each breast. I'm also wondering when I can sleep at least flat on my back. My shoulders and back are constantly hurting from sleeping so straight up!
I have another weird thing that's probably TMI for some folks... But I'm going to mention anyway. Being intimate with my Boyfriend is so awkward right now. My chest muscles tighten up so bad and it throws off the whole thing lol. I hope that doesn't always happen!!
So...I happened to be near a VS this weekend and stopped in for fun, I know it's to early to buy. I was measured a 36D and she said maybe 36DD in some bras. I tried on both and it was weird, both fit in different ways.
I'll give another update soon. It's my birthday today so I'm gonna get off RS and celebrate :-)

Consultation went great. He is extremely thorough. He even interviewed himself to me because he mentioned a lot of people don't ask all of the important questions. He makes you feel at ease and I've personally seen his work and it's very good. I will update this once I've had my procedure.
