I would suggest you find a different doctor or take more control over what you're getting. You shouldn't be "told" what implants are being put into your body. It should be an active and open discussion between you and your doctor. I think, at minimum, you should research saline vs silicone, the profiles they come in, find out your breast width diameter and see which implants fall in line with it. You should also try on sizers - but don't ask their volume ahead of time, see what looks good to you in your clothes. Women get so distracted by the volume being too big or too small, go with what you like when you see them in a mirror/picture. That will help you to not get lost in the numbers. This is your body so it's your duty to be as informed as possible and take part in the decision making process.

I think with you being an AA cup like me that you would probably be better having implants under the muscle because it will look more natural x

Im 5'3 and im 108 lbs and my implants are moderate plus profile 600 cc mentor round smoothe. I'm a 36 ddd in Victoria secret a 36 D to Dd in other bras. Check out my profile and that will give you a somewhat idea also. With your height D doze would look nice. Cc will depend on your chest wall size. I think 335 would look great on you! I have cheats very similar to you!!! I'm.getting 425cc but I am a bit thicker around. I've been reading ALOT about boob greed,so I'd say go with the biggest size they allow. I'm Aa and 425 is supposed to put me around a D.

Don't be embarrassed! We all started where you are. Secondly, 355 will not be too big. Take it from me, I was just so worried about going to big two years ago I went with 265Cc. I was never happy with the size, so Five days ago I went in for my re-augmentation and went with 450cc and I couldn't be happier. You will find on this website that most go for under the muscle. I must say, I went over the muscle and I couldn't be happier. The recovery was so easy and they look so natural. Girl, A couple of pieces of advice, listen to your plastic surgeon! Your concerns are everyone's concerns and they know what to do based on what you're telling them. Second, if you are going between two sizes, go for the bigger one. As you'll see on this website, everyone's regret is not going big enough. Don't be like me and want to have them redone again two years later. Also, I can't stress enough how much over the muscle is phenomenal! If that's an option for you and your body, go for it! Good luck!

I'd definitely recommend the Macom bras as you only need to get the same band that you are now because the cups stretch to your new boobs. So if you're a 32 now, get the 32. They're a little more expensive but if you enter the code 'mybreast' at the checkout you get 15% off and honestly they're so comfortable. They're especially made for after surgery so they're perfect, and if you're spending all that money on new boobs you might aswell make sure you're supporting them well while they heal too. But maybe get one cheaper one for when the Macom is in the wash? Dr Meleagros told me to wear mine for 6 weeks. 24 hours a day. [RS bleep]

They will send you home wearing a post surgery bra that you will live in for about a week. After that, you can go out and try on bras without underwire.

I bought a white front zip sports bra from M&S and a pack of 2 cotton sports bras from ASDA for cheap. Love the ASDA ones because they are so comfy.

I got some of eBay with zip front! Just Type in zip front sports bra only about $8 .i am size 8 got size 12. Surgeon said it's perfect so I wear that while my surgery bra is in wash
