Hi all so sorry for my lack of update, it’s been a crazy busy few months.
I felt very low for the recovery period post surgery, I read lots of reviews on here and it seems like it is perfectly normal. I got through it after about 6 weeks. I’ve added a couple of pictures I took back on 24 October, so around 2 weeeks post op.

Doing well
It’s nearly been 2 weeks and I am doing really well, i am so happy with how my breasts are looking. I’m still sleeping sitting upright (kinda) I have tightness in my right breast more. Not going to lie, I’ve had a few paranoid thoughts of capsular contracture.
I also went back to the gym yesterday, just sitting on the bike (slowly!!!) for 40 mins and again today for 30 mins. I’ve been listening to my body not pushing myself.
The constipation was horrible and I am still not regular.
I’ve also had a few days of feeling really low which is so unlike me.
