Wrong Position of Nipples

Wrong Position of Nipples

Hi! I had my breast reduction 3 months ago and I think that my nipples are too close to the centre of my chest. They aren’t even in the centre of my breast, never mind a natural look when the areoles/nipples are placed to the outer side of the breast. They are coming out of every single bra or bikini or lower cleavage top I tried on. Also I have side bulges and something left in my right breast that should
Be there. Please could someone let me know if I’m right! I’m losing my mind over it :(

I haven't had this done yet and don't know much about it. I would suggest talking to the surgeon about the nipple location and bulge and get a second opinion if you are still not comfortable. Hope it works out.
Thank you. That’t why I posted it here to get a second opinion from the surgeons.
How long after your procedure did you notice this?
I’m 3 months after. The bulging and nipple position I noticed straight away, that thing under my skin few days ago... Just had a look at your new boobies, I’m so jealous! They are perfect, lucky girl xx
Did you look at your surgeon's breast reduction portfolio before the procedure? Did he say that he would fix what you are having issues with? Did he liposuction your the outer sides of your breast? Did he draw the markers on you that surgeons use before the procedure?
Yes, i’ve seen her previous work and i liked what i saw... I had a check up today and she said it’s not her fault it’s my fat that’s causing issues (even though that fat was already there when the surgery took place).
She offered another full paid procedure and creating a long scar that comes all the way to my back and removing the fat during next surgery. She didn’t do lipo even though I suggested it during the consultation prior to surgery. Also she didn’t notice that thing that is under my skin cause she didn’t examine my breast, just looked at me and took photos. And no, she didn’t draw anything on my skin before the surgery apart from just the circles where she wanted to transplant my nipples to. So disappointing :(
Who was your surgeon?
They are supposed to draw those guidelines before your surgery to help them along with the procedure. One of the first things my surgeon suggested to me was lipo. She was supposed to remove the fat the first time unless there was some other reason why she couldn't. I don't know if you saw the picture of me where my surgeon drew his markings...
