I have a high risk for breast cancer and made the decision to pursue a mastectomy. Due to my breast size, it was uncertain whether I was a suitable candidate for nipple-sparing mastectomy — something I had honestly never considered on an emotional level until I had to.

Because I was not an active cancer patient, I didn't take lightly that I had a choice in the matter. Dr. Mathew was so open to discussion on options, risks, pros and cons, and helping me work through the best path for me. He took in all my concerns, my family dynamics, and my emotional health, and fully engaged me in decision-making, so that I felt able to make the best decision for myself. I could not be happier with the results — he did a beautiful job.

I had a breast reduction and lift to become a future candidate for nipple-sparing mastectomy. These girls haven't seen this kind of lift since my 20s! They have symmetry and healed without complication. The staff were so supportive and available to answer my questions, and I wasn't rushed from recovery post-op.
