Breast reduction? Unsure

UPDATED FROM V29

post op day 13: IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY RIGHT NIPPLE???? ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS?

So surgery day was march 8th,2018. my 2 weeks follow up appointment was suppose to be on march 23,2018....
I called in march 21,2018 (post op day13) because the night before i noticed a smell under my boob...
So i called around 830 am of march 21 2018 and they told me to come in at 945 am.
He looked at them but he didnt touch, not even looked closely. (i STILL had my steri strips on)
He said everything looked fine.
I even asked him does my right nipple look like i have necrosis, he said "dont say that"
so i was like "ok .........???" and it smells bad my incision under the boob. i even asked if i should take antibiotics or any medicine or treatment, he said no. i dont need any.
I didnt really mind, i mean he should know what he is doing and he's done breast reductions for years. so i SHOULD TRUST him right ?!!?!
So he sent me to his assistant, his assistant prescribed me a silicone scar treatment and a spray 3%peroxide. she told me to bathe twice a day
step 1) rinse with water and try to soften the strips so i can remove, but only remove what can come off. do not force it.
step 2)spray peroxide and leave for a few seconds then rinse with water
step 2) lather with normal soap and then rinse with water
so i removed my strips and i NOTICED my right nipple does NOT look good..
so tomorrow, march 22,2018 i will call again for appointmemt
****QUESTION: has anyone EVER experience this? is it an infection? is it the start of a nipple necrosis? ******
left nipple: the photo with remaining steri strips on
right nipple: without strips . nipple does not look good.
also any advice would really help! :(
starting to think this is not worth it...

Maybe you should go see a general practitioner (like at a family practice or urgent care) and ask if they think it looks like it's healing normally. If you think your Dr. is being incompetent, a second opinion wouldnt hurt. Better safe than sorry.
That nipple DOES look questionable.
Just found this online:

"... Epidermal Lysis. Just cell death of the nipple skin. The black nipple skin started to peel off slowly as i was changing the gauze daily - and underneath is pink/white skin that in time will start to get color like my other nipple."

So you might not have narcosis, the scab may flake off and just have nipple underneath.
Oh no, for sure get in tomorrow, do not take no for an answer. Don't let him brush you off. I hope everything gets figured out, please let us know! Are you ok? Is it hurting?
Hello!! it was an infection, i don't remember if it was hurting because of the incision or the infection, i honestly don't remember! but by the looks of it, i was def. worried!! as long as there were no signs like fever or hot flashes or any other symptoms, they said i didn't have to worry (in my case). I just went on keeping the area clean, soap and peroxide!! it eventually got smaller and smaller and now healed! xox
Following! I hope they can get you figured out!
Hey girl! Any updates? How are you doing. I wish I read this sooner! I went through a similar thing with one of my nipples and it did return to normal! I saw the same dr and was given the same instructions. Everything healed great, I’m now 8 months post op. Let me know how you are doing!!! I hope your nipple healed up like mine did!!!
Hello <3 ! i havent been here in so long! i hope you are doing well! long time no talk! yes, all healed now. def. took some time but it healed well!! :) xoxox
Any update?
super late reply! sorry, yes! i just had to use peroxide and keep it clean.. it was an infection, with time, it started to slowly heal! all better now :)

I'm no expert but the yellow may just be normal discharge from the wound. Maybe send your doc these pictures if you are concerned.

DAY OF SURGERY!!!

here are some pics the day of surgery. finally said goodbye to all the back pains, sweatiness, strap marks etc!

Do you have any pain? Do you have any more updated pics? How are you liking it?
no i dont have any pain right now its day 5 now. and i'd say i stopped feeling pain on day 4, didnt need any painkillers. but if i move, i feel a bit of it. but its not as bad as i expected. i feel much lighter, just a lil worried with recovery, but id say its worth it, atleast i wont have to worry about boob sweat underneath which i hate the most, gets my mood irritated fast lol hate the feeling. and yes more pics that i just uploaded 10 mins ago! if you don't see it, it's probably on the process for them to accept it because i accidentally made a new review.
Awesome, happy for you!! :) I hope your clothes are fitting better too!
