Wonderful surgeon with an exceptional bedside manner

After two additional surgery requirements (related to TT surgery) in retrospect, I regret the experience and the whole process. I would advise anyone to be diligent about understanding specific result expectations, complications protocol, revision(s) process, and additional costs if warranted & aftercare.

Dr Santosa is a wonderful surgeon with an exceptional bedside manner,, She really takes the time to listen to her patients and evaluate your case individually. She delivers optional results and realistic expectations. From the start of my first consultation to the week follow up of my surgery I know I was in good hands. I trust my doctor and her team however, the surgery recovery is a little painful. With every fear or worry she is right there to address it and they give you a thorough explanation of the process and expect a recovery. I’m thankful that she is willing to take insurance where applicable it made my surgery costs more reasonable I didn’t feel like anything was being discounted and I felt like I was valued as a patient and I felt as if my life, health and concerns were most important each visit.
