2 months post BR

Saturday I had the pleasure of going bra shopping. Yes Pleasure!
I walked into Victoria Secret very very nervous and basically grabbed about 10 in their biggest size 38DDD. Now before surgery I was a 36I so even a DDD would have made me happy. I would have been able to buy a bra in a regular store.
But surprisingly they were too big!
I spent about 40 minutes in the dressing room going down in sizes and ended up at 36DD!
I haven't been a DD since junior high - 15 years ago!

My goal is to be a 36D and about 40lbs lighter so the gym is my life for the next 6-12months.

Last weekend was my test

I got clearance about 10 days ago but I had very low energy and wasn't ready to jump back. Especially knowing that this past Saturday I had a jam packed schedule of events and needed to be 100%.
The day started at 8am with me packing my car full of all the food I had made the day before, decorations and props. Next was a 1.5 hour drive to my best friends future in laws home to set things up for the bridal shower. The bridal shower was pretty calm considering there were kids everywhere and I was in charge.
Next up was tearing down and taking all the decorations to the bar for the stag & doe. At this point I was already exhausted and there were a few too many bodies with too many opinions. Anyway we had enough time after decorations to go back to the brides house relax for about an hour and eat. Then out the door for the Stag.
For the most part the stag was pretty relaxed. I originally was deferring to the best man and letting him speak - but it he wouldn't stop talking and has such a strong accent that no one understood him. So I basically took over. By about 11:30 I was done being the hostess & the real party - at least for me started. I danced and danced and even when I was tearing down decorations I was dancing. Now by about 1am I was feeling sore so I decided to call it a night. In the morning I woke up and realized my chest didn't really hurt.. My legs were on fire but I had survived.
Today I took it a bit easy and worked from home.
Tomorrow @ 4 I'll be out the door and at the gym. It'll be good to get back into an active lifestyle. I can't wait!!

Bye bye tape

1 month post surgery.
Doctor took the tape off and says my scars look great. Unless I have any issues I don't have to go back to the PS.
Also picture of the silicone cream I purchased at Walmart.
