Wow where did the time go
Wow seven weeks post op, recovery went so fast its nice to be your own cheering person. Happy healing to those have had surgery, and to those who are waiting,its going to ne worth it. Just know that everyone heals differently and at their own rate, every day is another day for improvement, different stages will come and go but in the end there is a rainbow.

Hi, and I'm glad your healing is going well. You enthusiasm is awesome. One questions you have your cost documented at $70,000 is that a typo? Or is the part one of a series of body contouring surgeries you're planing with your doctor into the future?
Yes aim going to have a tummy tuck, but that was the cost of everything for my BR

Wow six weeks today
Wow can't believe how time has gone by so fast, my healing is fabulous I have no complaints about nothing. I have stayed postive through it all and I did it all by myself. This Journey has been easy breeze for me. To be honest before I had it done my anxiety was on a Thousand , I thought of everything that could go wrong and all of the (what ifs) but nothing went wrong, I healed like a champ. This goes to show that things will be better then one expects. To all who are healing HAPPY HEALING, just know that every day there will be change, To alll who are waiting plz know that once its done you will not regret it, its a life changer for the good. Take care ladies

That is wonderful to hear. I am happy for you. My BL is on Tuesday and I am getting nervous. How did your first 24 hours go after surgery?
Honry I was walking around, with no pain, I could left my arms above my head. I went to the mall it was easy breezey. I took no pain meds

What really help was my ps use glue and tape that he had to remove, also I ate alot of protein that aids in healing too

I agree a high protein diet is fundamental and priority #1.

I'm doing well and my recover is coming along as expected. I thought I was all good until I went to an event last night and the way home we drove down a cobble stone street. It was uncomfortable. My 3rd follow-up visit in next Wednesday. Until then just taking it slow and doing 100 sit-ups a day and yoga and pilates in my apartment or hotel room when traveling. I have not gone back to the gym yet and I am working to earnestly to eat lean protein.
