I knew quickly after meeting Dr. Williams for my breast reduction consultation that he was the right surgeon for me. He’s down to earth, easy to talk to, and confident in a way that immediately put me at ease. He was honest about sizing, expected results, and pain relief, and I always felt like I was getting clear, straightforward guidance.

The day of surgery I was nervous, but as soon as he came into the room I felt calm and knew I was in good hands. This was my first surgery and a big decision, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m extremely happy with my results. My recovery has been smooth, and I felt relief in my neck and shoulders immediately.

Everyone I interacted with on the McCafferty & Associates staff were kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with. Gilit was fantastic and made everything so much easier to navigate.
