Service and care I received from start to finish was/is excellent

Mr Chana is kind, gentle, approachable and has a good bedside manner.
The service and care I received from start to finish was/is excellent. This includes my initial query, consultation, pre-op, operation and post-op experience. I have nothing but praise for the hospital staff, some of whom I saw or met again for my follow up appointments. The hospital staff were caring and attentive; one Sister even having to work an extra shift because I had to return to theatre. Other people to mention are AnnaMarie, Freddie, Nicky, Kelly, Melvyn, Janet who sat and chatted with me for a while, the House Officers who were on shift during my overnight stay, the night Nurses and the kind Nurse who brought my suitcase out for me on my discharge.
