Breast Reduction REVISION 30i to 30e to Hopefully B.

UPDATED FROM Petite30i

Almost 6 months post op

If anyone is reading this, I had my revision in June, and am now a 32B and am THRILLED.
I haven't worn an underwire since my surgery - and I wear bralettes or wirefree bras now.
My back, neck, and shoulder pain does not exist. I am now a runner!!

I'm so happy for you. I have seriously been thinking about doing the same. I was a 28 I and went down to a 32 DD. But I want to be smaller. A LOT smaller. There's still some back issues, neck pain, and headaches. The thought of a second surgery is kind of scary. But I would love to be a B.
I would pursue it! 28i to 32dd (30e/28f sister sizing) is still too big when your band size is that small (I'm assuming your whole frame is small, too). I was nervous to have a second surgery but it has been so much easier compared to the first one, and sooo worth it!!
How was your recovery the second time around? I am having a 2nd reduction in a little over a week and went from a 30gg to a 32ddd/e but wanted to be around a B/C. The first reduction was unfortunately not a significant one which I attribute to the easy recovery, so I’m expecting this upcoming one to be much rougher. What was your experience?
Did your same surgeon do your second reduction or did you seek a new surgeon?

1 month to go

Surgery has been scheduled for 1 month from today (June 27th).
Part of me keeps wanting to back out, the other part of me remembers all the frustrations I still have with bras, bathing suits, clothes, and pain.
I had a VERY easy recovery the first time around, so here's hoping this one is similar.

I'm so glad I found your page. I've been thinking about a revision myself.

Photos

I was 130-135 lbs in the before photo, and in the after I am currently 117 lbs. Good old diet and exercise (plus the 400g each breast removed, which is just under 2 lbs total). I know I look fairly proportionate now, but this is a medical breast reduction, not a cosmetic one.
