Breast reduction - research stage

Aaliyah95
Like many women who want a breast reduction, I can't remember a time when I didn't have big boobs. They started growing quite early and seem to stick around no matter how much weight I lose. Currently I am a 30/32HH and because of my small waist size I find it really difficult to find suitable and affordable bras. My shoulders, back and neck are always in discomfort/pain and I find it really difficult to run and lay comfortably in certain positions. Back in September 2020 I went for a breast screening and was told I had macromastia (abnormally large breast), so I decided it was time to do something about the way I feel. I am 25 years old and don't want to spend the rest of my 20's in pain and frustrated at the size and weight of my breasts. However I live in the UK and unfortunately the NHS won't cover it, my insurance won't cover it and I cant afford to go private so I am now considering going to Turkey to undergo surgery. Aside from my research over the past years, I have been doing extensive research for about 6 months now and I am ready to start booking consultations. I will update my progress here - hopefully this will help someone in a similar position to me.
