Breast reduction nightmare - very traumatized and unhappy

I recently had a breast reduction in March, I am at this point regretting it. My Surgeon isn’t truly listening to me and the way I am feeling. I have had these openings since the first week and I feel as though the reason for them is because I still have big breasts. I am a non smoker and very healthy. I know a lot about wound dehiscence but I feel like this happened because not enough breast tissue was removed. Should I worry about these wounds? My surgeon told me to apply polysporin on them until they heal & I change my gauze everyday.I am very traumatized and unhappy.
