Best decision ever - wish I could have gotten them even smaller

I was a slow developer. I was the girl in high school that everybody called "a brick wall" because I was completely flat chested until around the age of 20. Once I hit 20 they grew pretty quickly and then I had two babies and they were massive. Most women have babies, breast-feed, and their boobs usually shrink. Not mine at all. Mine stayed the exact same size and always felt so full and heavy. I was absolutely miserable after my second baby. Although, around the age of 25 I considered breast reduction because of how large they were even before babies. I'm 36 now and got my surgery Oct 18,2020. I felt that I had a very good experience. I know that I'm extremely lucky because I've read some of your posts that weren't as good of an experience and I feel so sorry for all of you.
My initial consultation with Dr. Jason Leedy in June 2020. From the moment I walked through the door, the office staff made me feel welcome and not rushed at all. Once in the exam room, Dr. Leedy was always extremely professional and gave me his best advice. When I took off my gown, he immediately agreed that I needed a reduction. I have a small frame body so my giant boobs did not fit me at all. We also talked about Lipo 360 which I was very interested in. It ended up costing only about $1500-$2000 more, so I opted to do that as well. I was actually never nervous leading up to the surgery, I was over the moon excited. Once the surgery day came, I had a bit of anxiety, but nothing I couldn't handle. I went in around 8 AM, was the first and only patient there, the nurses drew on me, Dr. Leedy came in to check how I was doing and see if I had any questions. I felt like I was being well taken care of. Next thing I know I'm on the table telling them I'm afraid to be put to sleep and then my husband is there picking me up around 2 PM. My only complaint, which is minimal, is that I felt like I should have been given a little bit more time in recovery before walking out to the car. I was extremely dizzy and still out of it. I was talking like a crazy woman the whole way home! This was my first time being put under. The pain wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The first two or three days were definitely much more than the first day, but it was tolerable with the pain meds. I only took those up until day four. I slept a lot the first two days.
I did not have any drains and Dr. Leedy did an anchor incision on my breasts, plus lipo on my abdomen, sides, and back. The Lipo was by far the worst pain in comparison to my breasts. But even that, was still tolerable. If I had to do it over again, I would go through it all but ask him to take more out. I feel like my breasts are still pretty large but I am so much happier and more comfortable in my clothes and body. I can actually it in cute bras an bathing suits! Prior to surgery, I honestly don't know what size I was because I was stuffing myself into old sports bras but if I had to guess, I would say I was around a 38F. I'm now a 38DD. He took 3.5 lbs from each breast! That seems like so much but yet I wish he took five out of each!
I asked him if I got pregnant again what would happen. He told me there's a 50-50 chance they would grow back. Now that it's been a year and a half, I want another baby but I am terrified of what my body will look like after. I think I'm going to take the chance anyway, a baby is more important in the long term to me personally.
I don't have very many before pictures because I hated my body and never took pictures.
Overall, I had a great experience and Dr. Leedy and his staff are phenomenal.
