My incisions are not symmetrical and was left with a dog ear

The staff is horrible/rude as is his bedside manner. Overall the quality of his work is poor. My incisions are not symmetrical and was left with a (dog ear). After discussing size and incisions before hand.
Wasn’t placed in post surgical bra just a binder.
On next day follow up visit I expressed my concerns of the size and scarring and was told
“with insurance paying you pretty much get what you get” which wasn’t mentioned before surgery. I failed to do research considering being referred by my Primary Dr. Now researching I see he has many complaints with One star. PLZ Don’t allow yourself to experience what myself and others have experienced.
