8 weeks post opp, stitches are dissolving and boobs are becoming smoother. One boob is definitely bigger than the other, the smaller one also looks much saggier. Hopefully this will even out in time. I am very impressed with the heeling of the scars. I have bought some silicone scar strips that I will start to use soon. Still no sensation in my nipples but they do get hard and soft. On my problem I have had is a small wound opening which is now healed but you cannot see on my left boob.

You look great! Are you okay with the sizes not being even? I had issues with my left breast post-op and trying to figure out if I need to get over it or wait 6 months + and push for a revision.
Hi, I actually wanted them to be bigger than my surgeon had made them (we agreed a dd) so I may look at revision in a years time to correct the size difference and make them larger through fat transfer. I wouldn’t mind but one looks saggier than the other (to me). Just had a peak at your page and you look great!! Congrats☺️ I feel like everything gets better in time and I go through waves of loving them and hating them (they seem to look so different week by week) so will definitely wait for a while until I make any big decisions x
This looks very similar to a reduction I just got on Monday. I also asked for a DD and it's looking like more a C/D. Did you drop a cup size from the first week after surgery to now? Or do they stay the same size and just "settle"?

8 days post opp, have been for my first nurses appointment and nurse has said wounds are healing as expected - I would not recommend Harley street medical to anyone due to their terrible admin. Posting pics as have had a few requests

Nevermind the ladt question. I'm just now seeing your othet post. Harley street I will pass on. Hope all works out for you. The 2 main things that I'm concerned about other than my desire for nice size lifted boobs are scaring and feeling in nipples.
Today I have started feeling some sensation in my right nipple which was amazing!! Very glad to feel lol (sounds so silly but was one of my fears too)

Amounts removed were 446g left 435g right - unsure what my bra size is yet. Would approximate a 32 D? Smaller than I had planned but hopefully will get used to them in time. No feeling in my nipples at the moment :(
the silicone sheets were so sticky I didnt end up using them (at two weeks my wounds were still too sensitive)
