Great Experience, Highly Recommend

I travelled to Istanbul for a breast reduction. Naturally, I was a little hesitant having surgery in a different country.

I had spoken to quite a number surgeons prior to settling with Dr Kacmaz, and a large part of my decision really came down to my communications with Ebru. Aside from her prompt, comprehensive and overall very pleasant responses via WhatsApp, she nor Dr Kacmaz never tried to “upsell” or recommend any additional procedures in which I was not interested in, or did not enquire about. They were there to provide me with answers to my questions rather than to make a sale, I really appreciated this about them.

The service I received once I arrived in Istanbul was incredible. From the airport transfer to the surgery, hospital stay and post surgery check up - I can’t really fault anything. Everyone from Dr Kacmaz and Nurse Ebru to Ebru and Emrah were truely genuine and made me feel comfortable and safe. Ebru was with me every step of the way - I can’t thank her enough for that.

As for my results, I am very happy with my breast reduction! My recovery has been quite easy and the pain has been minimal, if any.
