I Love a Perfectionist and That's What I Found in Dr. Alfonso!

Truth be told I was worried I would be disappointed with the outcome. I tend to be a perfectionist. The great news is, Dr. Alfonso is too!
Dr. Alfonso's nature is calm and easy-going. I was skeptical when he assured me my recovery time would be relatively short and pain minimal. I was wrong to be skeptical. I'm 1-week post-op and yes still sore and healing, but no bruising. I'm able to do what I need to do and have even taken my first long walk.
The staff and facility are truly top-notch! The surgical center is pristine and I absolutely love that I didn't have to go to a hospital and risk unnecessary exposure to others. The staff at all times were very knowledgeable, personable and always welcoming of my many questions. They explained every step in the process before the fact. Dr. Mike(anesthesiologist), Jenny, Jillian made me feel in very capable hands.
Although I'm early in my healing process I can tell you that the symmetry of my breast is spectacular. Nipples look to be healing well and evenly too, but I'll need more time to know if they are as perfect as the rest. I went from a 36 G to what may end up being a D. I really love that Dr. Alfonso took into consideration my curvy build and didn't take me too small. The relief from my shoulders and back has been immediate, which I'm incredibly grateful for.
I truly believe the doctor and team you choose make all the difference in the world to your outcome. In addition to how exceptional Dr.Alfonso is as a surgeon, you can't underestimate the need to have confidence in your Doctor and team going into surgery. It's a game-changer and for me, everyone at the Bengston Center gave me that confidence.
