Not satisfied - my breasts looked worse than before

On July 23, 2021, I had my breast reduction surgery with Dr. Donovan Rosas. I can't said enough how much I regretted to have my surgery with this doctor. Yes, I did read his reviews before I went for my surgery and I really thought that he was a great doctor. My expectations changed when I see the result of my surgery. My breast looked worst than before, my clothes doesn't look right and when you looked at the size of my breast you can't see the difference. I went for my last appointment with the nurse practitioner, I mentioned to one of the ladies that took my picture how disappointed I was and she told me that my breast wasn't that bad compared with other customers that have other breast surgery. I was calling since December 2021 to speak with the person in charge and a person that really listen to me was Jenna and she was the only one that really care about my situation. She gave me the number of Ms. Hudson the person in charge of complaining in the hospital in Celebration and in January when I got the opportunity to speak with her she told me that she will investigated and that she will be calling me back, yes, right? She never did and I called her again and she told me that she will be calling me back in a month with an answer, it had been almost 3 month since the last time that I spoke with her and she never call me. I guess because is not her body, she didn't care enough to investigate. Dr. Donovan was fine as a person and maybe his talent is to do breast implant and not in the field of breast reduction. I had been with Advent Hospital since they were Florida Hospital but I am really surprised that a Hospital with a good reputation and a Christian Hospital and that no one had calling me back at least to checked on me or to now at least how I am doing. They don't know how mentally that had affected me. Anyways I hope that this experience doesn't happen to nobody else.
