I sent you a comment before but perhaps it didn't get to you. I am a straight older guy. Because of drugs I need for several medical issues my chest has enlarged and to relieve back pain I have been wearing 38DD bras for about 10 years. I am considering a breast reduction but my insurance company won't pay for it, claiming it is elective surgery but would be different if I was experiencing more severe back and shoulder pains. If my breasts looked like sagging pec muscles I would not consider the surgery, but the various drugs I need have messed up my hormones and my chest looks far more feminine.
What was your original bra size and what is it now?
How noticeable are your scars? Are they mostly hidden underneath your breasts? Since I don't want to have scars on my chest I would be willing to be a 38B and still wear bras.
