Handled my situation in a very inhumane, careless and unprofessional manner

Here’s my experience of Dr Furkan Çertel ruining my breasts:
I was looking to get a breast reduction with uplift and implant, after careful consideration I decided to go ahead with this surgeon.
I travelled to Istanbul and had my surgeon which all initially seemed like a seamless process.
Straight after my surgery I wasn’t happy with the result which can be normal due to all the swelling. The real problem was: My right nipple had gone what seemed to be bruised but I didn’t think much of it at first.
Every day multiple times a day the nurses came into apply a cream to this specific nipple and every time I asked them and Dr Furkan they kept assuring me it’s nothing and it will go away.
After I left Istanbul I went to my summer home in another city in Turkey. This is when I was allowed to take my plasters of and started noticing how my nipple had now gone black and was progressively getting worse.
I got in touch with Dr Furkan, sent him pictures and told him I wanted to come to Istanbul before returning to the UK as I was sick with worry. He kept telling me to calm down and that won’t be necessary etc.
I soon found out that this was NECROSIS. I arrived back in the UK and my nipple wasn’t getting better for weeks, I spent endless hours in the A&E and spent hundreds going around other surgeons in the UK, searching for an answers as to what I can do so I don’t lose my nipple.
I will add pictures of all stages of this below.
It took Dr Furkan weeks to even admit that this was a case of Necrosis, when as a surgeon he knew this from the very first day.
My nipple took months to heal, my mental health suffered immensely under all this and now I’m left with awful scarring, not only on the necrosis nipple but also around the other one as it was just overall bad stitching.
The breast that had the necrosis also has a massive amount of fat necrosis inside which is hard tissue that you can feel when you touch it.
I contacted Dr Furkan COUNTLESS times about this he ignored me and my friend (who also was his patient) when contacted about my situation in the last 1 and a half years.
His team responded to me saying that all he can offer is to do a scar revision surgery which I initially agreed to, until they quoted me 1850 EUROS !
When asked why I’m having to pay for him to correct his botched work I was told he was requesting for me to pay for my own hotel and transport.
I will be seeking a professional revision surgeon as my self esteem has been suffering extremely from this as you can imagine.
Long story short, the pictures I will add will speak for themselves but this surgeon has handled my situation in a very inhumane, careless and unprofessional manner. Clearly the happy positive energy is only until the payment has been received and the damage is done
