Breast Reduction and Lift No implant

My breast size was 36 DDD/E which was very heavy for my frame. They cause a lot of immobility and health issues relate to my back and shoulders.

I am proud of my results as I am still healing from this major surgery. However, it wasn’t as painful as I thought. I got plenty of rest and had absolutely no stress which can keloid your body.

I was tired of the heavy weight, inability to exercise properly, spillage of breast tissue flooding my bras, back pain, shoulder aches and my hidden abs. I am so relieved and wished I'd done it sooner
