Life Changing

I am now 17 years old but had my reduction a year ago at 16. I have struggled with my chest since I was in about 7th grade and this is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Schneider was incredible and made me feel comfortable every single step of the way. She was very good with explaining what will be done and how it will help me. The day of the surgery, I honestly did not feel very nervous because I was so mentally prepared and set on my decision. Every nurse and doctor in the hospital was also amazing. They made sure I went in to the surgery with my mom next to me and woke up with her next to me. Pain afterwards was a 7/10 at most. I could not be happier with my results. My chest matches my body and I can wear tops I was never able to wear before. I feel so much more confident now. I am extremely glad I did this as young as I am because I will not have to sit through many more years of pain and discomfort. Overall amazing experience and Dr. Schneider is a life saver.
