I underwent Lipo 360, breast reduction, and lift at this clinic and spent approximately $10,000 CAD, not including over $2,000 in flights and additional expenses.
Before surgery, I understood that swelling and healing would take time. However, as the months passed, my abdomen did not become flatter. In fact, it appeared more prominent than before surgery. The contour that is typically expected from Lipo 360 was not achieved in my case.
Regarding my breasts, while they are not sitting as low as before, the lift outcome did not reflect the elevated, contoured result I expected from a breast reduction and lift. There remains lower pole fullness and limited upper pole projection.
I repeatedly sent updated photos and expressed concerns throughout the recovery process. I was reassured that everything was part of normal healing. Over time, it became clear to me that the results were not progressing in a way consistent with a successful outcome.
I followed all post-operative instructions. I adjusted my diet, exercised, did Pilates, underwent lymphatic drainage massages, and maintained my weight. I did everything on my end to support the best possible result.
Every time I look in the mirror, I feel deeply saddened. I worked for years and even took out a loan believing I was investing in my dream body. Instead, I am living daily with results that have significantly impacted my confidence and mental well-being.
It took over a year of back-and-forth communication to receive a partial refund, which was less than half of what I paid. When I continued requesting a full refund so I could pursue corrective surgery, the clinic mentioned involving lawyers. I was also informed that the partial refund could potentially be reversed if the matter escalated further.
I am now consulting other professionals regarding revision options.
The attached photos show my condition before surgery and my current results more than a year later. This was my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering surgery to conduct thorough research and fully understand the potential risks and outcomes.
