At my breast reduction consultation with Dr. Yan I asked about a million questions and he never made me feel rushed or that I was asking something silly. He is very thorough in his explanations. Dr. Yan has great bedside manner and I always felt comfortable and at ease with him. While waiting in pre-op before my surgery I was nervous and had some anxiety, but when Dr. Yan walked in I immediately felt at ease. I think it really speaks to how much trust I had in him as a surgeon. He also gets bonus points because office wait times are very low- I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to go back and again never more than a few minutes until he enters the room. I’m incredibly happy with my results and have recommended him to friends as well. Highly recommend Dr. Yan.
