This “hematoma”? Seems Like Such a Large Obscure Floating Mass Inside my New Breast

3 days post op. This potential hematoma freaked me out upon undressing my gauze today. It’s like such an a scare shape, sort of floating in the mass of new boob (lost a pound and a half in each breast)
While swelling is surely normal, will this go away? Need to be drained? Is it any cause for concern? Hard to really grasp from a phot0.
