I went to my consultation with Dr. Jones and Kelly feeling hesitant and unsure about committing to a breast reduction. At 64, this was something I had been considering for many years, but I hadn’t taken the leap. However, during that very first consultation, I knew I was ready to move forward.
They answered all of my questions—many before I even had the chance to ask them. They showed me photos of other patients’ results and took their time thoroughly explaining the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and every step in between. I never felt rushed. Instead, I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in my decision.
The surgery and recovery went very well. Now, four months later, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I not only look better, but I feel better too. Choosing to have this procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
