I received an aggressive/radical breast reduction from Dr. Keith Follmar through Kaiser Cosmetic Services. I did not go through my insurance but instead paid out of pocket.

The procedure was a double incision with free nipple grafts and armpit fat pad liposuction. I went from around a 38C/D to ~38B.

During my consultation, Dr. Follmar was very polite, respectful and understanding. I wanted to 1) have less ptotic breasts 2) have significantly smaller breasts. My goals were to be one size larger than what a male of my body composition would be, and to never have to wear a bra again.

Dr. Follmar gave me all the information I needed to know and scheduled my pre op appointment and operation date.

Ahead of my pre-op appointment, I contacted Dr. Follmar about a question I had and he was very quick to respond and helpful.

During my actual operation, he was professional and understanding. He was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. My procedure went great! I was in very little pain and much less anxious than I had expected to be.

Dr. Follmar gave me very clear post-op instructions as well. I am now 1 week post op and very happy with my results.
