Experience Was Great Till the Results Came

She was very kind when I talked to her, but my results totally suck.

The dogs ears are partly my fault since she gave me the option to take the scar farther back and lipo the area but I chose not to since she said she wasn’t worried about it poking out. But they do and I cannot wear wire bras at all as they hurt my scar very bad. And I absolutely hate how they make it look like I have a halo tit that goes all the way around my back. The experience was great till it got to results. I am currently 2 years post op as of aug 8th 2025. I got the reduction because I was a size 36M and had been that way since freshman year in high school so I was ecstatic. I’m now a 36DD and they sit high up enough that bras aren’t an option as they make my upper back feel like it’s being pressed against a hot iron it hurts so bad. My breasts we’re so big and low that she was concerned it may cut off blood flow to the nipples which I wanted to keep intact and I was aware and ready to work with any issues it may cause, which it did. And I’m working on getting a repair surgery since I now have a golf ball sized hard as rock mass of necrotic tissue that’s being very very slowly absorbed but as you can see it fused with my scar lifting the center of my breast. My nipple half died off and that’s what’s left. But the problem is how she decided to try and fix the dead mass. She gave me some kind of steroid shot that helps soften the tissue to hopefully not need a revision and it was working and I was aware it was going to make a dark spot on my breast but what I didn’t know was that it was going to make my skin so paper thin translucent that you can see every tiny blood vessel on the side of my breast and a bit along bigger veins. The skin got so thin that it split multiple times and ended up a small thick scar.
And because my tissue was twisted around to keep my nipple alive there are very uncomfortable gaps in tissue depending on where I press. These gaps in both breasts have sharp pains when I wear a bra. Most notably the underside of my bottom incision which has a pretty deep gap that’s painful to press when I’m laying down, and it also leaves a ditch in between my scar and under boob so it looks hella weird. And on top of that I constantly have some type of pulsing pain in my breasts, sometimes in one part and sometimes in multiple. I just completely stopped going to her because I didn’t want anything to get more messed up.

She is not a horrible surgeon, but if you go in make 100% sure you know what you want and convey it strongly.

And they billed my insurance like 107,000 or something along those lines.
