An Excellent Standard of Care, and Excellent Outcome

I saw Mr Dean Trotter about 12 months ago for a breast reduction procedure. Unlike some surgeons I'd consulted with previously, he was really helpful and down-to-earth. He always gave the impression he was genuinely listening to my concerns, described the procedure realistically, and didn't over-promise or evade difficult questions.

As this was my first-ever surgery, I was extremely anxious. Mr Trotter and his staff were very patient and supportive, and I never got the impression that they thought any of my questions or concerns were trivial. I was provided with excellent care from the day or the surgery right through to the 6-month post-op consultation. The result was excellent - D to B-cup, with no complications. The few concerns I did have after surgery were addressed promptly. I couldn't have hoped to a more stress-free experience!
