Dr. Obaid and his staff are absolutely amazing. They have treated me so well from start to finish. Due to my extremely large breasts (42F), my back, neck and shoulders were in shambles. 4 years ago, I was not this size. I had normal breasts, a toned body, and a happy life. After I started college, the college diet changed my body completely and my self esteem was in the negative. Thanks to Dr. Obaid and his staff, I can start to be myself again. The results are crazy!

What size are you now?
To be honest with you, i have no idea. I told him i wanted to go to a C cup but I don't know the exact cup size.

I think it depends on what size you wanna go down to. I wanted to go down to a C so he removed 12 pounds.

Hi! Yes I had a free nipple graft. My healing went very well. Its been six months post op and my scars are done healing and I can get my top wet. Since I am black i lost pigmentation in my areolas but its 100% alright with me haha. I highly recommend Dr. O and his staff.
You look groovy! Your doc is an artist! When he did the nipple graft were you concerned with nipple die-off? I'm a 48 DD or better and would like to go down to a B cup-do you think I'll need a graft?

I wasnt concerned because of how fast it was healing. Its very scary at first though, like crazy scary! But you only need a free nipple graft if they are taking out A LOT of tissue.
I may need nipple graft as I want to go from a DD down to a B--I know this sounds weird but I want to be almost flat! So fed up with these huge tatas and the weight of them. Thanks for the advice Ellise and I pray your healing continues and you gain the results you desire! :)
I am currently looking for a doctor to talk to because I am 20 years old with those problem and I feel like my life had stopped
