So disappointed in my surgery - my breasts are even heavier

I got a breast reduction in October 2021. I started with a 34G. The doctor swore he could get me to a C/D. Well now I am fully healed AND 20LBS less than I was when I had the surgery. So no weight gain. I am officially a 34H. How does that work?! I am so disappointed in my surgery. My breasts are even heavier which makes my back hurt even more. I have huge scars. I wasn't even able to shower for a week and a half after my surgery because the doctor wouldn't allow the bandages to come off.
