Best decision ever

Not much has changed. Since surgery I have lost 25 pounds. I use mederma and silicon strips (scaraway) to help with scarring. I do 12 hours with the strips then 12 hours without. During the time without the strips, I put mederma on. And massage the scar.

Dr. Seify in Newport Beach, Ca did my breast reduction (3 weeks ago) and I immediately felt relief on my back! The pain post-op/recovery is not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Very tolerable just a little uncomfortable. I felt back to my normal self within a week and was out of bed walking around/ running errands by Day 3.
Mine was covered by insurance so I suggest you talking to your primary care doctor so they can write you a referral for your plastic surgeon.
I was originally a DDD, and not sure what size I am now but my doctor thinks a C. I would 100% recommend any who is thinking about getting a breast reduction to get one. No regrets at all.
