When it came to deciding what cosmetic procedure I wanted to add on to the reduction, I chose to skip the lips and only get the auto aug. I am so happy with my decision! I have a small ribcage so I didn't have much bra fat that needed to get lipo'd and I chose to save myself a few thousand dollars. My breasts were droopy, and getting the auto aug created a nice cleavage that compliments the final results. The first time I saw my new boobs, I got so emotional that I shed a few tears.
