Would not trust again - slightly above a D & lipo was incomplete

Edit: Wearing (not eating) hard core sports bras. The incomplete lipo feels like I have a stick of butter under each arm which has had an effect on movement and form during certain exercises. I was not left with a normal shape so traditional bras are not an option.

I had such high hopes for this procedure and am completely dissatisfied. It’s been one year since I had a breast reduction. I was upsold auto augmentation and side lipo, both of which I agreed to with the proviso that my only objective was small breasts so that I could stay active into old age. During consultation I was told that I would be a small C or B and I made it clear that smaller is better. Post surgery I am slightly above a D which means I’m still spilling out of tops and blazers and eating hard core spots bras to work out. The lipo was incomplete so I have square looking breasts with an unreasonable amount of excess bulk on the sides. One year later underwire bras are still out of the question as the side bulge makes it impossible. I wasn’t looking for cosmetic perfection but I also didn’t expect to be disfigured. I waited a year to leave this review because I didn’t think it would be fair to react emotionally but I’m no better off than I was before the surgery. I continue to hide my body and avoid looking in the mirror. Thanks for nothing.
