Went Down from an H Cup to a C Cup

WORTH IT
Best decision of my life, i’ve been wanting to do this for 5+ years and it was well worth it! Dr. Hall was great and Linda was the best especially with my insurance. The whole experience was amazing!!

Congratulations on your successful reduction, glad you're happy with your results. What are your best pre and post-op tips to share with others considering this procedure? 

Pre-op tips, make sure you take any vitamins the Dr suggests, and in my case be prepared to have people help you after surgery.

Post-op, just listen to the Dr, i have to take iron pills after and i forgot a little and it’s delayed me feeling less dizzy.
You look great. Took like 20lbs off your frame!

Great update. Did you lose weight in the before and after pic in the blue T-shirt? If so any tips on what you did during that 2 month period to lose? I’m a H cup but it only taken 4 pounds off my scale ( I’m 10 days post op)
Before that picture was taken i actually lost 5 pounds from working out and eating healthier. The after picture i was down almost 15 pounds all together( including that 5 from before) Also i was wearing leggings so those pulled my stomach in just a little!
