Breast Reduction at Circle, The Park, Nottingham
I’m a 32 y/o female who has, since I was about 18 years old, wanted a breast reduction. At the time of my reduction, I was a 30J with asymmetry of around 2 cup sizes.
I booked in for a consultation with Anna in 2021 when services were starting to re-open. I knew that I wanted a local surgeon, and a woman if I could. While I couldn’t find much about Anna online in terms of reviews, her areas of speciality spoke for themselves. The Park Hospital is clean, welcoming, and my consultation filled me with realistic expectations (and excitement!). Anna carried out a check of my breasts, discussed what my ideal outcome would be, and then showed me some of her previous work. She was honest, direct, and professional. I left with my name on her waiting list.
Due to the surgical backlog, it was August 2022 before a slot became available in December. It was perfect timing and I jumped at the opportunity.
The Park Hospital staff were so lovely, and looked after me well, while the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
I was first in on the day, so no waiting around - I took a photo at 8:07 in my gown ready to go, and was awake enough to send one to my partner at 13:21 post-surgery! Everyone from the surgical secretary to the admissions staff, pre-op, to the anaesthetist and Anna herself were professional and lovely to deal with. Personally I experienced no pain following surgery, just a bit of discomfort which is to be expected. Staying in overnight was the best thing - and the staff looked after me so well, keeping my paracetamol topped up, and fed and watered.
I’m now just under two months post-op, healing so well, and so, so happy with the outcome! I’ve gone from a J to a D cup and couldn’t be happier. Anna’s work is pristine; neat, tidy, and I’ve had no issues or complications with healing at all. I would not hesitate to recommend Anna to anyone considering a similar procedure.
