WORTH IT$3,000
The recovery is going great! I'm very happy with the results so far. I can see why this procedure has such a high satisfaction rate. Dr. Clark did an excellent job. I didn't want to go to small as far as the reduction since I have additional weight loss goals that I am trying to hit. The size is perfect. He definitely took that request into consideration.

Eight days post surgery. I had my follow up appointment today. They noted everything looked good and I should come back in a month.
I was talking to a friend today and she told me I sounded super happy. It's amazing how a procedure such as a reduction can bring so much joy. I am looking forward to working out in the near future, going shopping, buying cute dresses, tops, and bras. It's the little things in life I tell you!
If I heard correctly - I was informed that they removed 1,200 grams from one breast and another 900 from the other breast. Crazy! On this site, I read that 200 grams is about a cup size. The insurance company usually requires 500 grams.

Here are my personal tips on how to help…

Here are my personal tips on how to help with the healing process. Please note, this is not clinical or medical advice. This is based on my own personal experience from a past surgery.
Vitamin E Oil
I would recommend that you buy vitamin E oil.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant. It may help protect your cells from damage.
Protein Shakes
Drink protein shake! Most protein shakes have over 21 g of protein. This is good because essentially you are restoring and repairing muscles.
Mederma
After your scars heal nice and good, use mederma to help flatten and lighten the scar.
Collagen
I'm also trying powdered collagen. I put one scoop in my water. It's pretty flavorless if you let it sit for a second. It supports the following; Supports vibrant, firmer, glowing skin;
Encourages greater mobility and flexibility;
Supports healthy bones and joints;
Promotes strong, healthy muscles
If you find yourself looking to purchase any of the items above, be sure to look at the product in great detail. It's best if you purchase items that are organic. There are a lot of products out there that have artificial dyes, fillers, sugar, and everything else under the sun.
I hope this information helps you. Also, the most important thing you can do is drink lots of water.
