How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Best decision ever. I can finally embrace the summer. Tanks. Crop tops. Dresses. No more $66 bras.

I feel good and my results are pretty…

I feel good and my results are pretty great! My skin is irritated when I wear clothes and a bra along the incision site. If I am cold, the chills send sharp pains throughout my breasts. I did learn that my nerves are trying to regenerate so they may be firing too rapidly. Not a doc, but sounds about right lol

Here are my personal tips on how to help…

Here are my personal tips on how to help with the healing process. Please note, this is not clinical or medical advice. This is based on my own personal experience from a past surgery.

Vitamin E Oil
I would recommend that you buy vitamin E oil.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant. It may help protect your cells from damage.

Protein Shakes
Drink protein shake! Most protein shakes have over 21 g of protein. This is good because essentially you are restoring and repairing muscles.

Mederma
After your scars heal nice and good, use mederma to help flatten and lighten the scar.

Collagen
I'm also trying powdered collagen. I put one scoop in my water. It's pretty flavorless if you let it sit for a second. It supports the following; Supports vibrant, firmer, glowing skin;
Encourages greater mobility and flexibility;
Supports healthy bones and joints;
Promotes strong, healthy muscles

If you find yourself looking to purchase any of the items above, be sure to look at the product in great detail. It's best if you purchase items that are organic. There are a lot of products out there that have artificial dyes, fillers, sugar, and everything else under the sun.

I hope this information helps you. Also, the most important thing you can do is drink lots of water.
