Excellent care and a five star experience. The hospital has the best equipment and world reknowned doctors. These doctors make men into beautiful women, so reducing and lifting my E cup breasts was done with great expertise. My stitches look like they were sewn by a master tailor.

I've been to Rigby and Peller in London and my new size is 32D. I'm happy with that, they are still soooo much smaller and more shapely.

hey london lou, thanks for all the info and pics, i am really kean to get a reduction proberbly early next year. i have had 3 kids so having large boobs and after bf etc they are soo droopy and i cant wait to get them smaller! one question what is a nipple graft? please tell me a little about this? any thing else i need to know that you can tell me would be greatly appreciated! or wil i get this info form the hospital? thanks again lee
Hello Lee, I'm not sure what that term means, it wasn't mentioned at my consultation. My nipple was moved a good 2 inches up, but I would ask the hospital. Very best of luck.
I am all healed and am absolutely delighted with the results. I've booked some Lipo for April on my abdomen, waist and hips to finish the job off.
Nice. They do very good work in Phuket, all of the results I've seen are excellent. enjoy them!
Hi LondonLou... I am booked in to get a breast augmentation in June and Dr Sanguan is my overlooking surgeon. It is great to read a positive story about the man who will be changing my life! I am getting the polyurethane implants but I have to sign a consent form as they are not approved in Thailand.. which is weird. But I trust this surgeon (well I have to) and believe that he would not say yes to doing them unless he believed them to be safe.. He is going to do the subfascial using the breast fold incision... I am so excited.. Your breasts look lovely!
Very best of luck, I'm delighted with my results, Dr Sanguan is lovely. Take it nice and easy after your op.
Can I ask LondonLou, do you have all the feeling back? Thanks for all this info btw and was there any restriction as to how many cup sizes you could reduce to? I am completely freaked out at the thought of having the surgery, and the pain, did you have much post op pain? Do they provide good medication? :)
Hey guys, just wondering -LondonLou, what your scarring is like now? And did you go through a cosmetic tour company or book straight with the hospital? I'm looking at booking with Cosmeditour in Nov this year, reduction with implants.
Hi LondonLou, I have just booked for a consultation with your doc, I'm living here in Phuket, have been for the last month and kudos to you for providing such great information.
I've had 6 doctor referrals in over 10 years, and I'm finally biting the bullet at 32, however I think the only regret I'll have is not doing it sooner... I've put on a bit of weight, I want to lose it before the procedure, I'm now a 34EE/F but even at 60kg I was a 32F so they need to go.. Have my first consultation in the next two weeks, and coincidentally, I live just down the road.. thanks again for the recommendation and pics, you look amazing! Would love to go with a full C cup too : )

Excellent experience. I was initially a little skeptical about having surgery in Thailand until it was pointed out to me that these surgeons turn men into beautiful women.

I have been able to put a pencil under my breasts since I was 14. I've always been described as the 'top heavy' girl and have lived my life in size small skirts and size large (and baggy) tops. I went on holiday to Phuket and met a woman who had a breast reduction in Phuket and said it had changed her life. I had my surgery on 26th April 2011 and it's amazing how great I look (and modest I feel)!

I used arnica beforehand and bromelain post op, I've had absolutely no bruising and very little swelling.

I spent 2 weeks recovering in a gorgeous resort on the beach but close to the hospital. The whole experience has been so much better than I would have imagined.

I am talking with the hospital about becoming an agent for them, I'd be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous results!   Thank you for sharing your story here on RealSelf.

That is wonderful that you had such an amazing experience and now feel like a new woman.  You sharing your story really helps other women.
Thank you. It's been great to read other women's experience. I would be delighted to share my doctor's details with any interested parties.

Hello- They did a fabulous job! I will be having a reduction in NYC-next week - can you tell me how you used the Arnica-as a topical or an oral as well as the Bromelain-oral? And in what amounts?

Thanks Much

Thank you, I'm absolutely delighted with my results so far. I took Arnica orally for 1 week leading up to the operation and 2 weeks post op. I took 2 Arnica capsules 3 times a day. The Bromelain was also oral, which I took after I had finished my medication from the hospital (which was about 4 days post op). Bromelain can heighten the effects of some drugs so best not to take it with a combination. I'm taking 500mg 3 times a day. Very best of luck, hope it all goes very well.
HELLO- THANK YOU FOR YOUR INFO. IF I MAY ASK- YOU ARE STILL TAKING THE BROMELAIN? IS THAT RELATED TO THE SURGERY HEALING?
Hello there, sorry I missed your post. Yes I took the Bromelain for 2 weeks, 3 times a day. But I'm no medic, I just followed the instructions on the container. It is supposed to help the healing.

I'm so well now. I've gone back to the gym and am feeling quite normal, but it's taken 5 weeks.

How are you? How did your procedure go?

My Z-bra has been my best investment, just fantastic.
Your surgeon did a fantastic job! It doesn't look like you have an anchor-type scar.

I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck in Bangkok, and I'm very happy with the results. I would go back in a minute if I needed something else done.
Thank you, I'm over the moon. It's 5 weeks ago and I'm feeling normal at last.

When I need my facelift (about 5 years time) I will go to Thailand, I was so impressed with the facilities and the surgeons.

Did you have your surgery performed at the big hospital in Bangkok?
Hey Which surgeon did ur reduction?Am planning to go there early next year
Hi there, I'm looking at going to Thailand at the end of the year to have a breast lift. I going to choose a board certified plastic surgeon. Would you mind telling me which hospital you went to and who performed you surgery. (yours look perfect!)
Hello Milly, sorry for the late response. I went to Dr Sanguan Kunaporn at The Phuket International Aesthetic Center. He was just lovely and really so talented as a surgeon. For my recouperation I stayed at the Dewa, which was just ideal, very quiet with great food.
It was great to see your pictures b/c you have a body type similar to mine and I was concerned if I went too small I wouldn't look right but you still look curvy and fabulous! I'm taking your pictures to my consulation next week, that's the size I want, full but still ballerina-esque!
