Before pregnancy I was a 32DDD and perky. During my pregnancy I had gained quite a bit of weight and it showed in my breasts. After my son was born I breast-fed for a year and that took a toll on my breasts as well. At my largest I was wearing a 28H and when deflated I could barely fit into my 32DDD correctly. They were super long and they were completely unflattering. After deciding we were done with having anymore children, my husband and I started looking for a surgeon to perform my reduction and lift. We settled on Dr. Chang and she was amazing!

I went through some changes! I had the hematoma as well as some asymmetry. Dr. Chang answered all my questions and reassured me that my results won’t be altered by the hematoma and that it will resolve itself. It’s well on its way there! I have some stages to post for update.

Thank you for sharing! Is the hematoma the cause of the asymmetry?

Yes! The hematoma led to all of that swelling on one side. Now it's almost resolved, and barely noticeable

Looks like you are healing well and it sounds like you are happy! Congratulations! I am 6.5 weeks out and I am so happy to have smaller breasts!

Yes of course! People don't understand why someone would want to go smaller, but the freedom! Congratulations to you as well! I'm so happy with my results

My breasts are healing more and more each day. The hematoma has seemed to harden into some scar tissue, but I was told by Dr. Chang that if I continue to massage it will go away. I also notice my scars starting to keloid a little. But overall so pretty!!

Have you got any before photos? Your boobs are amazing now, they healed beautifully. Congratulations

She already posted a before picture. Curious, did you have reduction? I noticed you have asked lots of women for before photos. Is there something with the before pictures that you have medical questions about? I am sure your plastic surgeon can provide many before photos for you to view....

Sorry but I don't understand your question...I did ask a couple of women who decided to go for the surgery to provide before photos because I thought that THIS IS WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS ABOUT. I thought that it is about providing general support before and after surgery to help other woman decide whether they want to take this step, to find emotional support or to be able to compare before and after photos of the surgery. I am sure that any surgeon (s) can provide plenty of photos of course but I was under the impression that one of the intentions of this website was also to provide plenty of photos which women can browse freely to help them decide which surgeon to chose, what to expect along the journey and whether to go ahead with the surgery at all. I really sense a strange, and quite negative vibe in your comment and I don't understand why do you care so much about me ...to the point of checking how many comments I have placed and what they were about. This is makes me feel very uncomfortable. And I'm definitely not going to answer any of your questions, especially about whether I had surgery or not. I would only do that once I personally feel I am ready and willing to do so.

Hello, congrats on your great journey! Question, what did you use for your scars? I’ve had a maxtopexy two weeks ago and now I’m on the hunt for good scar treatment for black skin, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
