I recently travelled to Istanbul for a breast lift and reduction at Memorial Hospital, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.
From the very beginning, the communication was amazing. Sherry, my patient advisor, was so responsive both before and after the surgery, she replied almost immediately every time and was always so kind and helpful, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.
When I arrived, I met April on the day of my consultation, and she instantly made me feel more relaxed. She was so friendly and jolly, which really helped calm my nerves.
The hospital itself was incredibly clean and modern, which was something that really stood out to me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. My surgeon, Dr Salih Onur Basat, was professional, reassuring, and made me feel confident in my decision.
A special thank you to Mrve, the nurse, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by checking up on me every day at my hotel, which made such a difference during my recovery and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients.
The aftercare overall has been excellent, and I’ve felt fully supported every step of the way. Most importantly, I’m really happy with my results so far.
I would highly recommend Memorial Hospital and Dr Salih Onur Basat to anyone considering surgery in Istanbul. Thank you again to the whole team for such a positive experience!
