WORTH IT
I guess this will be my story
I have enjoyed reading through each of your stories so I will share mine. I have taken a picture of a bikini top I have wanted to be into for years. I had always been a b/c till I had my first born then the heavy weights moved in. Constant neck strain and back aches as all of you have shared I really hope this fixes that. I feel different than most. I’m afraid to be too small. I just can’t imagine being without these girls and that I won’t look odd. Surgery is scheduled for July 13 at 6:30. I will continue to post for anyone who wishes to follow

Hi there, having the reduction will help a lot with the back and neck. It may not solve every problem, but you will feel the relief when the extra weight is off your chest and you can stand up straighter and breathe better. Be sure to have a frank discussion with your surgeon about what size you would like to end up. Most surgeons truly do want you to be happy with your outcome. So be clear that you don't want to go super small.

Thank you, I keep reminding myself it’s all to relieve my neck and back strain Not the size

Your surgery was Friday, how are you feeling? The first few days were rough for me. Tomorrow will be one week.

Thanks for your willingness to share your story. I too experience the same pain as you with neck and back pain right down to tingling in my fingers and them getting locked up. I had a MM to include a BR. I was very explicit in letting my PS know I don't want to be part of the itsy bitsy tittie committee (old term). I had my surg on 8/8 and LAWD the gulz look like two little navel oranges (still very swollen) sitting on my chest. I'm praying that they will eventually become the size ( full C) I told him I want to be. I will keep you lifted in prayer for a good recovery.

Thank you for your prayers, so far i have been blessed. As I crawled on the surgery table I told the Lord he knows my pain and this is his body so make it as it should. I guess that gave me a peace to know I will accept what I was given. I was amazed how well I could breath after surgery. No headaches or tingling in my hands or back strain so if I need to buy a push up or add padding I will Rest and heal. When was your surgery date ?

Very nervous

Backpain be gone
I am 17 days pre op. Very nervous, so many emotions are running through my head. From pain to healing to if I loose more weight after the surgery will it ruin what the doctor has done. Any one have any thoughts on that? I am 5’3 and 184 lbs and 38 DD I’m hoping to be close to 175 by surgery day
If I loose 30 more will they be all miss shapen? I think I’m one of the odd ones, I’m afraid I’ll be too small for my shape and size. Love anyone’s thoughts on this

I had he same fear, didnt want to go too small but yet I was tired of being burdened with large boobs. I think many of us who have these big breasts, have dense tissue in our breasts that isn’t just fat.

Love reading about your journey. Less than two weeks now for me

I’d say if you plan to lose 30 additional pounds after the surgery, you may lose some fullness in your breasts, but hey, at least you’ll feel light and free. Also, be honest with yourself about whether or not the 30lb weight loss will be a lifelong commitment. If you lose it and then gain it back later, your boobs will ride that wave of turbulence too. The flip side is that sometimes getting rid of the boob weight allows you to be more active than before, and dropping weight and keeping it off is easier. If your boobs relate a bit, just find a good bra. A little padding and push up, you’ll be fine. Good luck friend.

I had mine may 25. My friend cooked for me. I wasn’t very hungry but I was craving whole food. I had zero nausea. Good luck
July 16, 2018
Had my surgery Friday, like you was not very hungry. Mostly have had protein drink and watermelon through the day then chicken and soft veg for supper. No nausea but just not interested in eating much. Bowls are not interested in moving either lol

I stopped pain meds after 48hours and had no issues but I upped my fibre. Protein smoothies with lots of kale.i pretty much ate what I normally eat except for the first two days when I was too exhausted to eat much.
July 16, 2018
I am day three and no pain meds today. Really tired and uncomfortable but not in pain I have fresh kale on my deck. Thank you for the idea I think I will add it to my smoothie
