POSTED UNDER Breast Reduction Reviews
Horrible experience getting follow-ups for complications & breast asymmetry
ORIGINAL POST
**Exercise CAUTION before scheduling a procedure**
I hesitated to leave this review but after much contemplation. . . I knew it would save someone from experiencing what I was unnecessarily subjected to. I'll start off by saying you will find many review raving about their results. I don't think anyone schedules a surgery expecting bad results. What's equally as important as the results is the aftercare particularly if there are complications and side effects.
Dr. Geuris Cruz scores very poorly in this category. I had a horrible experience trying to get follow-up care for a few complications and asymmetry to my breast following the operation. His staff was rude and non-responsive. It would take days and weeks for them to return an email or phone. Once I found the attached review illustrating this had also been others experience; I had to post my review.
I found it to be so disappointing Dr. Cruz would perform a surgery on someone and not care at all about the follow-up & aftercare of his patients. This is a DISASTER waiting to happen!
You don't approach a cosmetic surgery expecting complications; however you certainly want your physician to be there if you should.
Make a cognitive decision and go with the physician that does great work and aftercare. The results attached survey doesn't lie. I wish I found it prior to scheduling my surgery.
